Dear Mr Le Thuc,
I would like to thank you and colleagues for showing my parents a
wonderful time in Vietnam. They thoroughly enjoyed their trip, your guides
were excellent and accommodating and the hotel standard was perfect.
Thank you for making their trip to SE Asia very memorable. I have already
recommended your company to other friends and passed your details on.
I wish you all the best, I hope you and your family or your colleagues
have not been affected by the recent Monsoon.
My apologies for the lateness of this thank you letter.
Best Regards,
Kelly Watson.

Hi
Just a short e-mail to say thank you for a most enjoyable holiday in your country.
We are so glad we decided to arrange our trip again through your company.
From the start of the organisation to the end of the trip we were again impressed with the professional and efficient way you go about your business.
We will certainly recommend your company to friends and other people who wish to visit your country.
Having said that we must give thanks to our drivers for their efficient and careful way they drove when transporting us around.
Finally we cannot give enough praise for our guide Mr Hieu for the professional and caring way he looked after us and made our second trip to your country a very enjoyable experience again. As you know this is the second time we have had Mr Hieu and we were certainly not disappointed with his talents this second time. His attitude, demeanour and knowledge of the places we visited was exceptional and we were left with an exciting experience and memory of your country.
We cannot speak more highly of his talents and his care. When he had another tour to attend to on the day we left he was telephoning us to make sure all was ok with the hotel transfer to the airport and for our transport home.
Mr Hieu is certainly an asset to your organisation and we look forward to having him again as our guide when we again return to Vietnam.
Can you please pass our comments on to your company bosses.
Once again thank you for a wonderful trip
Regards
Eric & Margaret Kempin

Dear Mr. Thuc,
I wanted to write you a short note and express my appreciation for all that you did for the Changstrom family. The trip to Sapa and the trip to Halong Bay were both absolutly wonderful. We had a great time.
The home stay was great in Sapa as well as the extra day on the boat in Halong Bay was wonderful. It will be memories that we carry forth a lifetime. The guide in Sapa was excellent!!!!
Thanks Again so much,
Craig Changstrom
PS--I do have one very minor request. as an improvement. Our guide in Sapa cooked us lunch in Loa Chai, the restaurant in Loa Chai looked absoltuly wonderful and we would have gladly payed for lunch versus having a sandwich for lunch. I would highly recommend that you allow any future customers to always be able to eat lunch at the restaurant overlooking the river in Loa Chai.

Dear Sir,
I was in Vietnam December last year and I took one of your guided tours to the
Cu Chi tunnels.
It was a very pleasant and educative experience for me - a chance to see the a
part of the story of the war on ground and to admire the resilience and mettle
of the Vietnamese people.
The tour guide was very good in particular, and he was able to carry along
people from diverse cultures, knowing when to engage and disengage.
I would like to get in touch with this young man again, but alas, I can't
remember his name.
The tour was on Saturday, Dec 20, 2008 and we left from Ho Chi Minh city.
The tour guide, a young man, was very lively and funny. He is of medium height
and body frame and he uses spectacles.
I would appreciate it if you can get me in touch with him.
I look forward to visiting Vietnam again and to working with Sinh Cafe.
Thanks and regards,
Ayodele Sanwoolu.

Dear mr. Lap Nguyen
As you know the dream of every traveller is a "problem-free" holiday.
I am writing this message because I wish to thank you for the
excellent arrangements you have organized for us.
The good standard of service and the courtesy of the guides and
drivers (they shouldn't have behaved better) have made our stay in
Vietnam very pleasant.
We keep many happy memories of the journey and of your beautiful
country and we will surely recommend your agency to our friends.
Best regards from Italy.

Thank you Tina
Other than the confirmation with Zephyr re the room, we are very happy with your
arrangements for us.
The half day tour was very good.
The guide was very friendly and helpful
The van driver was very careful and on time always
The Halong bay tour was amazing
The flights were well arranged
So everything was excellent.
The only disappointment was the room - so as you say I suggest you carefully
confirm things with Zephyr for any bookings for other guests as I think they
have been less than truthful. I have noticed several times when they appear to
have misled us or tried to cover the truth. For example they claimed when we
arrived that they had only advice of two people - which your invoice shows to be
incorrect. Then they tried to say that the room we were put in 807 was the
largest room in the hotel. In fact it was a double room and the two adult girls
had to sleep on the floor on a matress. Also the room air con did not work and
it was VERY cold. Despite asking many times they did not respond.
After complaining hard in the morning - they moved us to two rooms - although
these were of a low standard.
FINALLY after returning from Halong bay and after your fax to them they put is
in the Zephyr suite AS YOU HAD BOOKED. They denied that this was the zephyr
suite - but it was exactly what you had advised me when I first booked - a King
and Queen bed. It has two rooms in the one suite.
So what all this suggests is that they did not tell the truth and they made life
uncomfortable for their guest who had paid for the zephyr suite and simply did
not get what you had paid for UNTIL the last night.
I think it is worth you advising them that unless they operate differently you
will not be assigning people to their hotel again.
BUT please be assured that all the other parts of the arrangments were
excellent.
It was a little confusing using the sing cafe name however when your trading
name is Asia pacific travel
Thank you Tina for your help - and I will work through your company again
Have a happy new year
John

Subject: Feedback on our tour
Hi
Thanh,
Just
wanted to drop you a line and say that my wife and I had a fantastic time on our
tour that we had with your company. The tour guides were friendly, helpful and
informative and all other dealings with representatives from your company were
great.
However, there was one exception and I'm writing this email and we were never
given a feedback form to complete for Nha Trang. The tour guide (Hoa - I
believe his name was) was quite unhelpful and his English was extremely poor -
for example unable to tell me where some bars or restaurants were!!
Additionally, the two restaurants that he had organised for us were the worst
that we experienced on the tour and the one he took us to at the Fishing Village
was a disgrace (my wife and I didn't even eat).
Sorry
but I feel that it is necessary to provide this feedback as our experience in
Nha Trang with the representative (the tour guide) from your company was not
consistent with our otherwise excellent time on our tour.
Again, thank you for organising a wonderful holiday for my wife and I and we our
even our friends may see you again sometime in the future.
Kind Regards,
Justin Cross

Dear Mr. Le Thuc,
It quite nearly slipped my mind to thank you for a very wonderful trip! My
parents and relatives had a very enjoyable time in Hanoi (i've heard all their
stories already. I am very tempted to go to Hanoi myself) and the Rosalisa hotel
was a very lovely place to stay and very central too!
You did a very wonderful job arranging the itinerary
and they did not have to walk very very much which is what they wanted.
Just to thank you and to wish you continued
excellent work!

Dear "Tina'
Thank you so much for the wonderful trip we had. To
my surprise the hotels were as nice as the internet pictures.
I sent you the synopsis of the trip which covers
much of the experience, impressions. Following covers more of the "tour
arrangements".
First, the guides were very good. This was my first
time of not having the same guide throughout the entire journey. Son, Han, and
Ying were allexcellent -- and each different. Han -- the history teacher,
disciplined, we all got a good laugh at him telling Katrina "listen". had a
schedule to meet and he did, a good cyclist that kept us very safe. Son, just a
big kid who was a lot of fun. Ying who was very responsive to our requests, when
he had the choice took us away from the bus tour restaurants. All of them nice
guys.
Great transportation!!! Drivers were great on all
things.
Empress hotel was my favorite!!!! Green hotel could
use some refurbishing.
Shame about no boat ride/beach time in Nha Trang.
but unavoidable due to weather conditions. Mekong more than made up for it. That
was a terrific part of trip. Schedule called for ferry ride -- if there was a
conscious decision for the small boat etc. -- thank you, thank you. It was
perfect!
Set meals -- first time for me with such a program.
Overall -- good. Benefits -- avoiding casting about for place to eat, got
dishes we wouldn't have known to order. Drawbacks -- only one really. Some of
the meals got repetitive, different place, same food. As the trip went on, Ying
especially, provided an opportunity to substitude, we ordered extra of a certain
dish off the menu (our cost!).
Recommendation -- first dinner in Dalat, whatever
the place was, horrid! Just didn't eat 90% of the food. Use another place. Ying
took us to another place the following evening, small local restaurant.
Wonderful!!!!
Well, I'll now start thinking about Cambodia, Laos
-- with Mekong as part of it. Sadly, due to attack on Katrina, will approach
planning with caution etc. Not sure if I want to cycle in some of the areas --
and certainly not sure about wanting to take on the responsibility of having
women along on trip. That one person did not do a lot for tourism.
Overall -- great job Tina!!! In planning my next
trips to area you will be my first choice as to considering.

Hello Ms Hoang Ngan
I just wanted to write to you to say a big "thank
you" for organising our tour. We were extremely pleased with everything
especially our guide Chinh Vu. As for the Classic Hotel, it is not bad for a
2star hotel, the only thing that needs improvement is the attitude of the staff
at the reception and the kitchen, maybe they need some training in manners.
Otherwise, we have been most pleased with he whole arrangement, so thank you
very much. Both the SAKOW family and our family spent a wonderful week in Hanoi
especially on our Anh Duong Junk in Halong Bay. The captain and his staff were
great. With our warmest regards and all the best for the future and business of
