Here we are back in Germany and I just wanted to let you
know that we had a wonderful time in Indochina! The organization could not have
been better! All the guides and drivers were very, very nice and we had no
problem at all! The guides were all very informative; not only explaining about
all the sights but also letting us know about the "every day life" of the
people. We had a fantastic time and it will be a trip we will remember. The
guides could all speak very, very good English (especially Ms. Thao in Hue - a
very, very nice girl).
Thank you so very much for organizing the trip. I will
definately recommend you to all people I know who want to travel to Indochina.

you what a wonderful trip we had. Asia Pacific Travel did more than I could have
ever ask for. Everything worked like clockwork. All of our tour guides were
wonderful. Our drivers were exceptional. Our tours were so interesting. The food
and accommodations were totally over the top. Please except my most grateful
thank you. The upgrade you gave us in hotels was really an added bonus. We got
to see and do so much I am still reeling. Again, I want to say that your
planning and thoughtfulness was a big part of the success of this trip. If I
could grade the whole trip it would be an AAAtttt. Thanks again. I am dreaming
of my next trip and will keep in touch.

Dear Ms Chi
We returned from our tour a week ago after a 2 day delay
because of
Bangkok problems.
However I am writing to tell you that we were very
impressed and happy
with your organisation of our trip. The tour worked out
very well, we
were met at airports as planned and checked in at hotels
by your
guides. They were well organised and very helpful and
eager to please.
They seemed to be knowledgeable, (we occasionally had
difficulties in
understanding their English), but on the whole very
acceptable.
The hotels in Laos were a bit disappointing, the Novotel
not up to 4*
standard. In Luang Prabang Sala hotel we certainly DID
NOT get a room
with the Mekong River view. We had a very dark room on
the ground floor
with the view of a wall of the house next door.
Otherwise the hotels in
Vietnam and Cambodia were very good indeed.
Anyway, thank you for the very nice tour which we
enjoyed. We will
gladly recommend you to our friends and acquaintences,
and who knows,
we might even return to Vietnam again one day.

Dear Sir,
I was in Vietnam December last year and I took one of your guided tours to the
Cu Chi tunnels.
It was a very pleasant and educative experience for me - a chance to see the a
part of the story of the war on ground and to admire the resilience and mettle
of the Vietnamese people.
The tour guide was very good in particular, and he was able to carry along
people from diverse cultures, knowing when to engage and disengage.
I would like to get in touch with this young man again, but alas, I can't
remember his name.
The tour was on Saturday, Dec 20, 2008 and we left from Ho Chi Minh city.
The tour guide, a young man, was very lively and funny. He is of medium height
and body frame and he uses spectacles.
I would appreciate it if you can get me in touch with him.
I look forward to visiting Vietnam again and to working with Sinh Cafe.

Other than the confirmation with Zephyr re the room, we are very happy with your
arrangements for us.
The half day tour was very good.
The guide was very friendly and helpful
The van driver was very careful and on time always
The Halong bay tour was amazing
The flights were well arranged
So everything was excellent.
The only disappointment was the room - so as you say I suggest you carefully
confirm things with Zephyr for any bookings for other guests as I think they
have been less than truthful. I have noticed several times when they appear to
have misled us or tried to cover the truth. For example they claimed when we
arrived that they had only advice of two people - which your invoice shows to be
incorrect. Then they tried to say that the room we were put in 807 was the
largest room in the hotel. In fact it was a double room and the two adult girls
had to sleep on the floor on a matress. Also the room air con did not work and
it was VERY cold. Despite asking many times they did not respond.
After complaining hard in the morning - they moved us to two rooms - although
these were of a low standard.
FINALLY after returning from Halong bay and after your fax to them they put is
in the Zephyr suite AS YOU HAD BOOKED. They denied that this was the zephyr
suite - but it was exactly what you had advised me when I first booked - a King
and Queen bed. It has two rooms in the one suite.
So what all this suggests is that they did not tell the truth and they made life
uncomfortable for their guest who had paid for the zephyr suite and simply did
not get what you had paid for UNTIL the last night.
I think it is worth you advising them that unless they operate differently you
will not be assigning people to their hotel again.
BUT please be assured that all the other parts of the arrangments were
excellent.
It was a little confusing using the sing cafe name however when your trading
name is Asia pacific travel
